Q: Where exactly does the Guru travel?
A: We currently provide Guru services anywhere within the Hyderabad metropolitan area. Whether it’s your home, a private cabin at a café, or your corporate office, we’ll bring the expertise to you!

Q: How many people can the Guru teach at once?
A: The service is charged per session, not per person. However, the group size is limited by the player count of the game you’ve rented. For example, if you rent Brass : Birmingham, we can teach up to 4 players. If you have a larger group, contact us via WhatsApp to discuss multi-table setups.

Q: Can the Guru teach us more than one game in a session?
A: Absolutely! If you’ve rented a few shorter games (like Splendor and Azul), we can definitely teach and facilitate both within your 3-hour window. For “Heavy” strategy games, we usually recommend focusing on one title to get the most out of the experience.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: We understand that plans change! You can reschedule your Guru session for free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a 50% convenience fee to cover the Guru’s blocked schedule.

Q: Does the Guru play against us?
A: Usually, the Guru acts as a neutral facilitator—handling the bank, managing the board, and answering questions. However, if your group is short one player and you’d like the Guru to join in to make the numbers right, we’re happy to play along while still keeping the focus on your experience!

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: To guarantee a Guru for your specific date and time, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. If you’re planning a last-minute game night, please ping us on WhatsApp first to check our “Live” availability.

Q: Do I need to provide anything for the Guru?
A: Just a table with enough space for the game and a group of excited players! We handle all the setup and clean-up of the game components. (A glass of water is always appreciated, but never required!)
