At Board Meeting, we are officially opening our Partner Program. We’re looking for collectors and enthusiasts in Hyderabad to list their games on our platform. We handle the customers, the logistics, and the insurance—you just collect the earnings.

Earn 50% on Every Rental: You receive half of the rental fee every time your game is checked out.
Free Up Your Shelves: Think of our warehouse as your personal storage. Clear the space at home for new games while your “old favorites” earn their keep.
Professional Care: Every game is sanitized and undergoes a strict Quality Control (QC) check after every single rental.
Total Protection: If your game is lost or damaged, we guarantee a replacement or the agreed-upon market value.
Fortnightly Transparency: Receive detailed Order Reports every 14 days so you know exactly how much you’ve earned.

What Games Qualify?

We are looking for well-loved but well-maintained games that meet these standards:

Completeness: 100% of the components (meeples, cards, manuals) must be present.
Condition: No significant water damage, heavy box tears, or missing stickers.
Language: Currently, we are only accepting English editions (unless the game is language-independent).

Your Collection, Your Rules

Worried about losing access to your games? Don’t be. You still own your collection. If you have a big game night coming up and want your title back, just give us a 7-day notice. As long as it isn’t currently out with a customer, we’ll have it ready for you to pick up!

Partner FAQ

Who handles the cleaning? We do! We sanitize components and check for wear and tear after every return.
Can I list “Out of Print” or Rare games? Absolutely. “Grail” games often command higher rental prices due to their rarity.
How do I get paid? Earnings are sent via direct bank transfer or UPI every fortnight along with your report.
